Sonictron's SHC-RA3 seriesThe Hydrocarbon-Based Reel-to-Reel Cleaning Machine is designed for high-speed metal stamping part cleaning, featuring a reel-to-reel transfer system for continuous part movement. This advanced machine integrates two stages of ultrasonic washing using hydrocarbon solvent, ensuring deep and efficient cleaning. It also incorporates a vacuum recycle system for hydrocarbon chemicals, capable of processing up to 100 liters per hour (LPH), reducing chemical waste and operational costs.
